Very Dep is a professional and affordable photography studio based in Tay Ho, Hanoi, Vietnam, offering studio and on-location photography packages for families, couples, pets, corporate clients, and more. Our name blends the Vietnamese word “Dep,” meaning beauty, with “Very” in English, reflecting our mission: to capture very beautiful images for every client.
Justin Mott – our creative director, defines the style, vision, and creative direction of every shoot, ensuring consistency, artistry, and professionalism.
Quynh Anh – oversees operations, production, and client experience, guaranteeing that every photoshoot runs seamlessly. Together, their American-Vietnamese partnership drives the unique identity of Very Dep.
All in-house photographers train directly under Justin Mott, progressing from assistant or intern roles to accomplished photographers. This structured approach ensures every team member shares the same professional standards and creative vision.
Hoang Son – graduated from the Contemporary Arts program at Staffordshire University in the UK, equipping him with a broad understanding of art. Beyond his formal education, he has years of practical experience as a semi-professional photographer. Since the inception of VDS, Son has been an integral part of our team, honing his skills under the mentorship of our co-founder, photographer Justin Mott. This collaboration has helped Son master the art of capturing compelling and emotive portraits that resonate deeply with viewers.

Nam Nguyen – is a commercial photographer based in Hanoi, Vietnam with more than a decade of experience working with Mott Visuals both in Vietnam and internationally for local clients and Fortune 500 companies.
He is also a leading drone pilot both for aerial photography and video and is officially certified and licensed. During his time working for Mott Visuals, Nam has shadowed renowned commercial photographer Justin Mott and film director Joey Bania on large scale commercial productions. Nam’s clients include IHG, Accor, Melia Hotels International, CNN, EU, Care International, TTC Group, BHD, VinPearl, and BIM Group to name a few. In addition to his commercial work for Mott Visuals, Nam has also worked on crews for large scale film productions both in Vietnam and abroad holding many titles.
